The Soo Indians scored three unanswered goals in the third period en route to a 6-2 victory over the North Bay Skyhawks in front of only 167 fans at the Big Bear arena in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan on Saturday night.

The Nipissing Alouettes climbed back to the .500 mark Friday night with a convincing 4-2 win over the second place Richmond Hill Rams. The Als now sit in a tie for fourth spot with the Toronto Canada Moose in the Greater Metro Jr.

The Nipissing Alouettes Jr. A team will host a pair of games this weekend, Friday against the Richmond Hill Rams, and Saturday against the King City Wild. Both games will be at the Sturgeon Falls Arena. Game times will be Friday at 8 p.m.
