STOLEN VEHICLE: DRIVER IMPAIRED On April 22 shortly after 12:30 AM Cst. Jody deHaas and Joe Whitehead of the North Bay Police Service stopped an impaired driver on Lakeshore Drive. The vehicle he was driving turned out to be stolen from Meaford.
