SOLD SOMEONE ELSE’S VEHICLE On April 14 Cst. Ken Rice and Paul Brewer of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to a snow machine and motor vehicle that had been unlawfully sold to another person.

On April 14 Cst. Ken Rice and Paul Brewer of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to a snow machine and motor vehicle that had been unlawfully sold to another person.

The accused had entered the victim’s former property and sold the above items to a third party.

Raoul LANGLOIS, 27, is charged with Theft Under $5000 and Break and Enter and Theft. He is to appear in court May 18.

SCHOOL LIAISON OFFICER ARRESTS THREE
On April 14 during the noon hour Cst. Paul Trahan of the School Liaison Unit attended the outside area of a local secondary school in North Bay.

At this time he saw an older student selling marijuana to a younger student and arrested both of them. While in the process of completing his paperwork he then saw another student acting suspiciously and when he went to investigate, this student dropped some marijuana and attempted to leave. He too was arrested.

Brandon DAVEY, 18, of Manitou Street, is charged with Trafficking in Marijuana and Breach of Probation. He is to appear in court May 25.

A 17-year-old male is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Marijuana and is to appear in court May 26.

A 14-year-old male youth was sent to Youth Referral in regards to the offence of Trafficking in Marijuana.

VEHICLE FAILS TO REMAIN
On April 12 a vehicle was travelling N/B on Lakeshore when a vehicle in the adjoining passing lane suddenly cut in front of it. This caused damage to the front corner of the victim’s vehicle. This suspect vehicle then fled the scene.

The suspect vehicle is described as a blue Ford Ranger vehicle. It is believed to have been driven by a male.

BREAK AND ENTER
On April 9 between 10 PM and 11:30 PM thieves entered a home on Manitou St. and stole a Playstation 2 electronic game.

Overnight April 14 unknown persons kicked in the door to a boathouse on the Government Dock. Although there was damage to the door, there was nothing stolen.
