Weekend Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 214 calls for service that resulted in 18 arrests. Offences included assaults, domestic assaults, Impaired driving, several for breach of court orders and 9 for public intoxication.

Assaults Between 11Sept at 5:30 p.m. and the 12th Sept at 2:00 p.m. 5 different people reported assaults by the same person. The assaults involved punches, kicks and grabbing.

Warrant Executed On 11 Sept a Barrie resident, Jean-Rene Lefebvre 29 years was arrested by Barrie police Service on a 2011 North Bay warrant for assault and assault with a weapon.

Stolen Property An advertisement on Kijiji of a computer for sale has resulted in the recovery of a computer reported stolen on the 4th of Sept. Nevin Emmanuel 25 years of Ski Club Rd was arrested on the 9th Sept.

Weekend The North Bay Police responded to 212 calls for service over the weekend that resulted in 8 arrests.

THREATENING On the 5 of September 2013, 42 year old, Daphanee De-Shanne of Sturgeon Falls was arrested for two counts of Criminal Harassment. It is alleged that she posted threatening images and messages on Facebook.

MISCHIEF Some time prior to Tuesday the 3rd of September 2013, unknown persons spray painted several buildings in the Birchhaven area including: John XXIII School, some town houses on Madelena Street and the Circle Lake Community Centre.

WEEKEND The North Bay Police responded to 320 calls for service over the weekend which included, but not limited to: noise complaints, liquor offences, traffic complaints, alarms, 911 calls, several domestic related calls resulting in criminal charge

BREAK ENTER and THEFT A First Avenue resident had left his resident on the 29th of August betwenn 7 p.m. to 8:20 p.m. and upon returning discovered his television missing.

IMPAIRED DRIVING On Thursday the 27th of August 2013 at approximately 10:00 p.m., officers of the North Bay Police Service observed an e-bike swerving as it travelled on Morin Street.
