WEEKEND The North Bay Police responded to 320 calls for service over the weekend which included, but not limited to: noise complaints, liquor offences, traffic complaints, alarms, 911 calls, several domestic related calls resulting in criminal charge
WEEKEND
The North Bay Police responded to 320 calls for service over the weekend which included, but not limited to: noise complaints, liquor offences, traffic complaints, alarms, 911 calls, several domestic related calls resulting in criminal charges, drug offences, assaults and threats. As a result, officers arrested and held in custody 19 persons over the long weekend.

THREATS
On Sunday the 1st of September 2013 at approximately 1:00 a.m. police were called to a disturbance on Lakeshore Drive. Investigation resulted in 20 year old Stephano Falletta of North Bay being arrested for 2 counts of Threatening. Mr. Falleta was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

ASSAULT WITH WEAPON
On Sunday the 1st of September 2013 at approximately 2:00 a.m. police responded to a call of a disturbance at 123 Delaware Street in North Bay. Upon arrival police found that a female victim had been struck in the head with a beer bottle while at a local bar and the suspect in this matter had fled the scene.

Located a short time later and charged with 1 count of Assault with a Weapon is 26 year old Jamie Lee Dempsey of North Bay. Ms. Dempsey will appear in court at a future date.
