Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on, Sunday, June 26th, 2011 at the Mattawa General Hospital, she was in her 72 year. Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Ernie James Thomas who passed away in 2009.

Peacefully in her sleep on Friday June 24th, 2011in her 80th year. Jean was born January 21, 1932 in Mattawa. Predeceased by her parents John and Mary (Mullen) Sloan and her loving husband Rheal and son Michael.

A long-time resident of Rutherglen. Passed away at Cassellhome on Saturday, June 25th, 2011, in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Eva Ruth Church. He is survived by his sons Wayne (Jeannette) and Ronnie (Debbie) both of Rutherglen.

Born in 1937 and passed away at Leisureworld Caregiving Centre on Wednesday June 22, 2011 at 74 years of age. No visitation or service. Cremation has taken place at the Forest Lawn Crematorium.

Velda Elizabeth (McRae) Thompson

Peacefully at Nipissing Manor Nursing Care Centre in Corbeil on Saturday June 18, 2011 at the age of 84 years. Velda was the beloved wife of the late Robert Charles Thompson.

After a brief illness on Monday June 13, 2011. John was the dear son of the late Effie Boutwell and George Peterson. Survived by his sister-in-law Betty Peterson. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place.

Liisa Carol Lugli, 49, passed away peacefully at home, with her loving family by her side in Alpharetta, Georgia, after a ten month battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
