Liisa Carol Lugli, 49, passed away peacefully at home, with her loving family by her side in Alpharetta, Georgia, after a ten month battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Left to mourn in Thunder Bay, are parents Allan and Valerie Laakkonen, brother Erik and his children. She is also survived by her in-laws, Al and Louise Lugli of North Bay, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and their children from North Bay, Ottawa, Toronto and Dryden.
Liisa will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Peter and their children Justine (19), Vincent (18) Caroline (16). A celebration of Liisa’s life will be held at 630 Baywood Road, Sunday, June 12 between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Bright and colorful attire requested.
