Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on, Sunday, June 26th, 2011 at the Mattawa General Hospital, she was in her 72 year. Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Ernie James Thomas who passed away in 2009. Cherished mother of David (Lindy) of North Bay, Cathy (Rob) of Mattawa, April of North Bay, Lisa (Brad) of North Bay, Penny (Ed) of Barrie, and Michael (Lynda) of North Bay. She will be lovingly remembered by her 10 grandchildren and by her 5 great grandchildren. Pat is survived by her siblings Grenville Wilson, Evelyn Hughes, Bud Davis, Skip Davis and Lillian Grandmond. She is predeceased by her brother Jim Davis. Friends may call at the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, June 29th, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service in the chapel at 4:00 p.m. The family has requested that all visitors please dress causally! Family would also like to invite everyone to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 23 for a luncheon following the service. If desired, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada will be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
