City Police Beat

BREAK AND ENTER Sometime between 11:00PM and 1:00AM on the 14th of September a residence on Oak St. E was broken into through the front door. A large quantity of cash was stolen however no other items were taken. There are no suspects at this time.

STOLEN OUTBOARD MOTOR Overnight on the 14th September a 2000 Mariner 8.0 outboard motor was stolen from a Judge Ave. residence. There are no suspects at this time, however vehicle tire tracks were located in the sand.

THEFT On the 14th of September at approximately 7:30PM, Cst.

INVESTIGATION On the 8th of Sept. at approximately mid day, the North Bay Police Service along with the Coroners Office became involved in an investigation involving the death of a 10 month old male.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT On the 11th of September at approximately 9:30AM, Cst.Greg Dix of the North Bay Police Service attended to a motor vehicle collision that occurred at the intersection of Haig and Hammond St.

THIEVES CAUGHT On the 9th of September at approximately 11:30PM, Csts. Steve Chabbert and Helen Boissonneault of the North Bay Police Service attended to an alleged break and enter in progress at the Chief Commanda II.

THREATENING On the 7th of September at approximately 11:00PM, Csts. Kailee Bradley and Brad Reaume of the North Bay Police Service attended a residence on Main St. and arrested a male for threatening.

DRUG BUST On the 3rd of September at approximately 7:30PM an off duty officer observed a drug transaction take place on Oak St E between two males. Csts.

WEAPONS CHARGES On the 29th of August at approximately 11:30AM, Csts. Robin Boucher and Sue Solman of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male from an earlier incident involving a firearm.

VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP On the 28th of August at approximately 4:30PM, Cst. Scott Buchanan of the North Bay Police Service was conducting a routine traffic stop on Wasi Rd in Callander.
