THEFT On the 14th of September at approximately 7:30PM, Cst.
THEFT

On the 14th of September at approximately 7:30PM, Cst. Barry MacIntosh of the North Bay Police Service arrested a female in relation to an earlier incident on the 24th of August for allegedly stealing a large quantity of items from the residence where she was staying.
Arden HARTFORD, 44 years old of London is charged with Theft Over $5000.00 and will attend court at a later date.

CRIMINAL HARASSMENT

On the 14th of September at approximately 1:30AM, Csts. Ken Rice and Darcy Wall of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male for allegedly harassing a female victim.
Brian YEATES, 45 years old of Main St. E. is charged with Criminal Harassment and was held in custody for a bail hearing.

FRAUD

On the 12th of September at approximately 11:00AM, D/Csts. Gerry Martin and Fernando Cirullo of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male in relation to earlier incident on the 7th of July who was allegedly involved with numerous frauds.
Jody FAUCHER, 38 years old of Ottawa is charged with 17 counts of Fraud, 9 counts of use of Credit Card Data and 5 counts of Possession of Credit Card Data she was held in custody for a bail hearing.

SEXUAL ASSAULT

On the 12th of September at approximately 1:00PM, D/Cst. Ray Yelle of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male for allegedly sexually assaulting a female teenage victim.
Robert WINFIELD, 24 years old of Sturgeon Falls is charged with 2 counts of Sexual Assault, 2 counts of Sexual Interference and 2 counts of Invitation to Sexual Touching. He was released and will attend court at a later date.

BREAK AND ENTERS

Sometime overnight on the 11th of September a residence on Rose Ave was broken into. Although no items were taken there was extensive damage to the apartment including kitchen cupboard doors broken, food smeared on walls, holes in the drywall and a whole wall broken down in the living room. There are no suspects at this time.

On the 13th of September it was reported to the North Bay Police Service that a residence on McIntyre St. E. was broken into through a door. Two paint ball guns were stolen and there are no suspects at this time.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON

On the 12th of September at approximately 5:00PM a suspicious male was at the park off Sage Rd. sitting in a silver vehicle possibly an Alero. The male appeared to watching a female victim. The male is described as medium to tall build in his late 30’s to early 40’s full head of brown hair, moustache and beard, brown eyes and no glasses with unkempt look and large belly.
