THIEVES CAUGHT
On the 9th of September at approximately 11:30PM, Csts. Steve Chabbert and Helen Boissonneault of the North Bay Police Service attended to an alleged break and enter in progress at the Chief Commanda II. Two male youths were arrested and charged with Break and Enter and will attend court at a later date.
THREATENING
On the 9th of September at approximately 1:30PM, Csts. Steve Carleton and Bruce Whitehead of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male for allegedly threatening a victim with serious bodily harm.
Jason TOPPS, 26 years old of Fifth Ave E. is charged with Threatening X4 and is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
INDECENT ACT
On the 9th of September at approximately 10:30AM, Csts. Roger Drolet and Dave Wilson of the North Bay Police Service attended a wooded area near Laurier St. and arrested a male for allegedly exposing himself to a female victim.
Raymond CASTONGUAY, 61 years old of Laurier Ave is charged with Indecent Act and was released with court at a later date.
