Young driver, in high-speed pursuit, takes cell phone call from Police On October 01, 2008, North Bay Police took a stolen vehicle report from a mother indicating that her 16-year-old son took the family vehicle without her consent.

BREAK AND ENTER Sometime overnight on the 26th of September a residence on Fisher St. was broken into through the front door. A large quantity of cash was stolen although currently there are no suspects.

COMPLAINTS RESULT IN ARREST On the 27th of Sept. during the evening hours Csts. Greg Dix and Anthony Corrente of the North Bay Police Service received complaints of erratic driving and threatening.

BREAK & ENTERS Overnight on the 25th of Sept. thieves forced their way into Bellworld on McKeown Av. Once inside they disconnected the alarm and then cut a hole in the wall to the adjoining business Instaloan.

MAN ARRESTED On the 25 of September at approximately 1:00AM, Csts. Scott Buchanan and Larry Asselin of the North Bay Police Service attended a residence of an extremely upset male.

PUBLIC MISCHIEF On the 20th of September, Cst. Anthony Corrente of the North Bay Police Service arrested a female. The female had allegedly falsely reported that on the 12th of September a break and enter had occurred on Rose Ave.

THEFT OF COPPER WIRE Overnight on the 19th of September, a newly built residence on Kingsway Ave was broken into. A large quantity of copper wire was stolen from the basement. There are no suspects or witnesses.

ATTEMPT BREAK & ENTER On the 19th of Sept. at approximately 12:45 AM it is alleged that a man attempted to break into Just Cuts Unisex on Algonquin Av. Entry was not gained and the man fled the scene before North Bay Police arrival.

FRAUD On the 17th of September at approximately 10:30PM, Csts.

BREAK AND ENTER Sometime between 11:00PM and 1:00AM on the 14th of September a residence on Oak St. E was broken into through the front door. A large quantity of cash was stolen however no other items were taken. There are no suspects at this time.
