FRAUD

On the 17th of September at approximately 10:30PM, Csts. Steve Trahan and Steve Carleton of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male for in relation to an earlier incident involving the alleged use of a stolen credit at several businesses in the community.
Luke CHAPUT, 48 years old of Highway 11 North is charged with Unauthorized Use of Credit Card X 7 and was released with court at a later date.

TAKEN OFF

On the 17th of September at 12:00PM, Csts. Ken Rice and Steve Carleton of the North Bay Police Service arrested 2 people. It is alleged that a person had fled from custody while at the hospital. It is further alleged that this person struck hospital security and took his radio. The other person interfered with police who were trying to take the male into custody.
Cory CAISSEY, 27 years old of no fixed address is charged with Assault, Mischief, and Obstruct Police and was held in custody for a bail hearing.
Lori Dalton, 33 years old of Lakeshore Dr is charged with Assault and was released with court at a later date.
