The West Ferris Ringette Association ran its 3rd Annual Schools Challenge on Tuesday night at Pete Palangio Arena.

The North Bay Guardian Panthers captured gold at the Nepean Girls Hockey Association tournament over the weekend. The Panthers went 4-0-1 with some great goals, solid defense and a red hot goalie.

HAMILTON, ON – The Nipissing University Lakers volleyball teams split weekend series with Redeemer and Mohawk in OCAA weekend action. Friday, the men’s volleyball team hit the court against the Redeemer Royals and this match did not disappoint.

The Widdifield Wildcats senior boys basketball team followed up their championship victory at the Canadore College/Best Western Trojan Shootout by travelling to the nation's capital this weekend for three days of highly competitive ball at the Clint
