Bump, set, spike! The Almaguin Senior Girls Volleyball team was on fire during their GBSSA finals February 25th, 2009. Going into the finals against PSS (Penetaguishine Secondary School) the girls were prepared and ready to show their full potential.

The NDA Sr. Boys basketball champions didn't lose a step in their NOSSA 'AA' opener as they defeated the Espanola Spartans 59-34 on Friday at Widdifield S.S. Brayden Burke led the Wildcats with 17 points.

TEMISCAMING, QUEBEC - The Temiscaming Royals battled back from an early 2-0 first period deficit to defeat the Blind Rivers 3-2 at the Centre in Temiscaming Friday night. Tyler Stevenson, Benoit Fiset and Rylan Henley scored for the Royals.
