Mattawa OPP have charged a man, who is currently in custody at the North Bay jail, with several charges in connection with area break-ins and thefts this past May.

TWO CANOEISTS MISSING ON LAKE NIPISSING The OPP, North Bay detachment, is currently on Lake Nipissing looking for two males in a yellow canoe last seen around noon hour near Waltonian Drive area.

POLICE SEEK ASSISTANCE IN VEHICLE ARSON North Bay OPP were dispatched to a car fire early Monday morning (August 2nd, 2004) at the end of MacPherson Drive, East Ferris, Ontario. Police suspect arson.

The North Bay detachment of the O.P.P. is currently on the scene of a 3-vehicle accident in East Ferris. The accident occurred shortly after 4:30 this morning. At least one of the vehicles has burned. There is no word as yet on injuries.
