A little while ago I wrote a letter in which I stated that no one 'chooses' to be homeless. I stand by that statement; however, I think that more explanation is needed.

Inauguration day is Tuesday and 'choosing an undeserving chair and vice chair is in no one's best interest when so much needs to be assured about this board and officials need to resign or be removed.'

'Nations mean nothing to this brave bunch, nor race or creed, for ultimately, they fought for each other, and then for you and me.'

As winter approaches, the Truckers for Safer Highways group says, 'Unfortunately, we are seeing many collisions that could have been prevented if drivers were properly prepared to handle the conditions they face. Many new drivers are entering the industry completely unprepared.'

'Many have been there too long, and in my opinion, no longer understand how so much the world of education and life has changed for today's students, while this board failed in the last four years on the strategic plans to do anything that has made a real difference.to the students, their education, and their school life'

'It's water that belongs to the community and all of us as well'

'He can talk to a few of the 7,600 voters who believed he was the person to lead us as mayor the next four years'

'What has been even more deflating is the utter silence from our Mayor-elect and the other men elected to Council'

'You owe your new council members and constituents an apology, not only for your comments, but for perpetuating the belief that “young ladies” as you say, are not capable of excelling in a new job'

We can't just continue to sit back and watch North Bay slide It's time to get together and restore our sense of pride
