BREAK AND ENTER Between 8AM and 9PM 29July a third floor business on the 200 block of Main W was broken into. Entry was gained by damaging the main door .It has not been determined if anything is missing at this time. Cst.

HEADSTONE LOCATED A large headstone has been located in a pond near Pinewood Park Drive. The stone is in three pieces; half submerged in mud and appears to have been there for a long time.

UNLAWFULLY IN DWELLING On 20th July at about 8:45PM North Bay Police responded to a residence on Wyld St. A male subject had entered the residence, taken a cell phone and left. The occupant of the residence woke up and called 911.

FIRE DEATH On 07 July at 23:28 The North Bay Police were requested to attend a fire scene at 939Wyld St. Fire personnel had discovered a deceased male in the structure. The Coroner and Fire Marshalls Office were notified.

VEHICLE THEFT A vehicle left unlocked for 5 minutes at 8:15 AM July 6th was stolen from the 1200 block of Algonquin Ave.

DRUG CHARGE On June 28 North Bay Police had occasion to search a residence on Lakeshore Dr. The search found 1.6 lbs of what is believed to be marijuana. Tyler Colby 39yrs was arrested for Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.

ASSISTANCE FRAUD On the 23rd of June Det. Cst. Denis Levasseur of the Fraud Section in the North Bay Police Service culminated an investigation into an Ontario Disability Support Program fraud.
