UNLAWFULLY IN DWELLING On 20th July at about 8:45PM North Bay Police responded to a residence on Wyld St. A male subject had entered the residence, taken a cell phone and left. The occupant of the residence woke up and called 911.

On 20th July at about 8:45PM North Bay Police responded to a residence on Wyld St. A male subject had entered the residence, taken a cell phone and left. The occupant of the residence woke up and called 911. Robert Lariviere 51yrs of North Bay was arrested nearby. He is charged with being Unlawfully in a Dwelling, and Possession of Stolen Property. He is to appear in court on the 31st Aug 2010.
