ASSISTANCE FRAUD On the 23rd of June Det. Cst. Denis Levasseur of the Fraud Section in the North Bay Police Service culminated an investigation into an Ontario Disability Support Program fraud.

On the 23rd of June Det. Cst. Denis Levasseur of the Fraud Section in the North Bay Police Service culminated an investigation into an Ontario Disability Support Program fraud. It is alleged that a male person failed to report over $60,000. in revenue during the years 2008 and 2009, all the while collecting assistance. Donald LARABIE 53 years old of Cedar Hts. Rd. is charged with 2 counts of Fraud Over $5000. He is scheduled to appear in court on the 20th of July.
