VEHICLE THEFT
A vehicle left unlocked for 5 minutes at 8:15 AM July 6th was stolen from the 1200 block of Algonquin Ave. The vehicle is described as a white 2004 Pontiac Sunfire 4 door Lic# AKCH958
BREAK IN
At approximately 4AM July 7 Thieves broke into a shed on Johnson Rd. A Milwaukee Sawzall was stolen. The suspects were last seen riding bikes down the pathway to Mountainview Dr.
FRAUDULENT HEALTH INSPECTIONS
The North Bay Police Service would like to remind local restaurants that there is a health inspection phone scam being conducted throughout the Province. A local restaurant received a call last Friday where they were asked for personal information and that a Health Inspection would take place in a few days. A subsequent phone call is received giving the restaurant a Pin#. If any owner or operator of a food business receives a similar call, contact your local police service.
DRUG SEARCH
At approximately 10:16 PM a search warrant for drugs was executed on a Wyld St. address. Approximately $2000.00 worth of what is alleged to be cocaine, marijuana and oxycontin was seized. 3 Adult Males, 4Adult Females and 1 Male Young Offender were arrested. A total of 14 criminal charges were laid including Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Breach of Probation and Breach of Undertaking. The adults are identified as;
Kimberly Robinson 47yrs of North Bay, held in custody pending a bail hearing. Steven Chaulk 27yrs of North Bay, held in custody pending a bail hearing. Ryan O’Hara 23yrs of North Bay, held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Jennifer McMillan 40yrs of North Bay, to appear in court 3rd Aug 2010. Lauren Johnson 19yrs of North Bay, to appear in court 3rd Aug 2010. An 18 year old female of North Bay, to appear in court 3rd Aug 2010. Jordan Geck 20yrs of North Bay, to appear in court on 3rd Aug 2010.
