The North Bay Youth Volleyball Club had a busy weekend as the Girls 14U Flurry captured the gold medal in the Ontario Volleyball Association Hawkins Cup tournament.

Burlington - Apollo Gymnastics sent a team of eight representatives to Burlington for the second of three Provincial Cup Qualifying meets.

OTTAWA - More than 180 athletes from across Ontario attended the provincial qualifier held at the Ottawa Gymnastics Centre over the weekend. Five members of the Apollo Gymnastics Club traveled to the country’s capital to attend the competition.
