OFFICERS ASSAULTED On April 25 at approximately 5 PM Det. Cst. Aaron Northrup and Cst. Bruce Whitehead of the North Bay Police Service were attempting to execute criminal warrants on a man in a North Bay parking lot.

ANGRY DRIVER On April 23 during the afternoon hours a motor collision took place on Main St. W. in Callander. One of the drivers became angry and assaulted the other driver, and this same man then got into an altercation with the other driver's son.

WOMAN IGNORES CONDITIONS On April 21 at approximately 10:30 AM a woman attended a residence within the city contrary to previous undertaking conditions that she had been released on. She was told to leave and she then caused damage to a door. Cst.

14-YEAR-OLD ATTACKS OTHER YOUTH On April 19 shortly after noon, a 14-year-old boy attacked a 15-year-old male in a local secondary school. This resulted in the victim becoming unconscious and having to be brought to the hospital.

ALCOHOL RELATED WEEKEND Officers of the North Bay Police Service were kept busy this weekend with, among other incidents, calls of an alcohol related nature. Three impaired drivers were taken off the road and three intoxicated persons were arrested.

MAN INCARCERATED FOR THREATENING On April 8 during the afternoon hours, a male was arrested for allegedly threatening a woman on April 1. Cst.

Vehicle Theft Thieves stole a 1995 green Chevrolet pick-up from the parking lot of C-Temp business on Venture Crescent. The thieves then abandoned this vehicle in the 400 block of First Avenue W.

TEENAGER BREAKS INTO VEHICLES On April 3 shortly before noon a young man was seen attempting to steal a stereo from a vehicle in the 900 block of Fisher Sreet. Cst. Larry Asselin and Cst. Vincent Corrente of the North Bay Police Service were called.
