FOUND WITH KNIFE On July 30 at approximately 12:30 AM officers of the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend a local bar regarding a man allegedly brandishing a knife.

ATTEMPT BREAK AND ENTER On July 29 at approximately 2:30 AM, a thief attempting to break into a residence in the 600 block of Lakeshore Drive was surprised by an alarm and the owner, who was on scene.

FRAUD ALERT The North Bay Police Service would like to warn local financial institutions of the possibility of ATM frauds. Recently the police service has been made aware that in neighbouring communities frauds have occurred at ATM outlets.

ASSAULT BODILY HARM On July 16 shortly after 1 AM, the North Bay Police Service received a 911 hang-up call to a residence within the city. Constables Aimee Ethier and Roger Drolet attended and located a man who had a lacerated arm.
