You can take part in this year’s National Coffee Break fundraising campaign, the Alzheimer Society Sudbury-Manitoulin, North Bay & District suggests.

On Sunday afternoon, someone called police to report that a fishing boat had been stolen from its cradle on Pinecreek Crescent in Callander sometime between 3 p.m. on Friday September 12th and 1 p.m. on Sunday September 14th.

Registration for the 22 Wing CFB North Bay Aquatic Program has been postponed due to the extended pool renovations taking place at the pool on the base. No word yet as to when the pool will re-open or when registration will take place.
