Mayor Al McDonald says he will open his campaign office tomorrow (Thursday). The office is located at 374 Fraser St. McDonald has said he will only use lawn signs during the campaign.

Traffic on Highway 17 west of North Bay was backed up Wednesday afternoon after a two car accident closed the heavily used road. The collision occurred just west of the lookout.

Police confirm th highway is now open. The crash occurred between a marked OPP car and a second vehicle. Three injured people were taken to West Nipissing Hospital by ambulance and released.
