A 16 year old girl who used social media to threaten fellow students at her high school has been arrested. OPP says on April 24, police arrested a youth following an investigation related to ongoing threats received through social media.

OPP are warning of a scam targeting people who want to rent homes or apartments in the area. On April 16th, a person posted an ad on Kijiji looking to rent a home in the Parry Sound area.
