15-year-old girl struck by car On November 16, 2006 a 15year old girl was struck by a vehicle while walking on the roadway in the vicinity of Marshall Avenue and Booth Road.

SHOOT IN FOOT On the weekend, a 38-year-old hunter from Scarborough ON, accidentally shot himself in the foot during a hunting trip in the Callander area.

>strong>Missing Person Located On November 8, 2006 the North Bay Police Service requested the media to disseminate information concerning a missing person, Steven Desroches.

Stolen Vehicle Between November 5 & 7, 2006 a 1989 two toned Chevrolet Silverado pick up truck was stolen from the Sylvain Crescent area. It has burgundy and gold paint and has Ontario license plate RM6829 attached.

Officer assaulted/Taser deployed On Saturday, November 4, 2006 police were requested to attend a disturbance at a North Bay residence.

SEXUAL ASSAULT On the 2nd of Oct. Det. Cst. Helen Kent of the North Bay Police Service Investigative Section arrested a male in relation to a sexual assault complaint.

UNRULY WOULD-BE GUEST On the 1st of Nov. shortly before midnight it is alleged that a male person attended a local motel and wanted a room. This was refused and the male then kicked several times at a door breaking the frame.

BREAK & ENTER ARREST On the 31st of Oct. during the afternoon hours Csts. Fernando Cirullo and Greg Dix of the North Bay Police Service arrested a suspect in relation to a break and enter into Circle Roots Supply that was reported yesterday.

BREAK AND ENTERS During daylight hours on the 30th of Oct. thieves forced their way into a residence in the 500 block of Whitson Av. Entry was gained by prying the porch door and then the inner door of the home.
