Aggravated Assault At 3:00 am July 19th two men had an altercation at a residence on the 300 block of McIntyre St E. The situation escalated to a fight and blows were struck by both parties.

Assault with a weapon At 10:30 pm on 18 July a verbal exchange between two men on Sherbrook St resulted in one man brandishing a pocket knife and threatening to stab the other.

Robbery At 8:50 am 18th July a man followed the manager of a business on the 2600 block of Trout Lake Rd into the business. He brandished a knife and held it near her neck.

Domestic Stats Over the week of July 10th to the 17th the North Bay Police responded to 38 domestic related incidents. Seven males and one female were charged with a total of 13 offences.

Police Vehicle Collision At 8:40pm on the 12th July a North Bay Police marked unit collided with 2 cyclists at Fisher St south of Worthington St E. Both Cyclists were treated at the hospital. One was released and the other was admitted.

Stolen Vehicle A vehicle was stolen in Callander sometime this week. The owner believes the vehicle was last observed, where it was parked, on Monday the 9th of July 2012. Stolen is a 2003 Ford F250 grey pickup with Ontario licence # 439 8RW.

Residence Entered A residence, in the area of First Ave East, was entered while the residents were home. The suspect(s) entered through an unlocked front door and stole a purse containing personal identification and bank cards.
