BREAK AND ENTER Sometime overnight on 26–27 June someone entered a residence on Cassells Street and removed a LOREX Video Surveillance Monitor and Recorder valued at approximately $700.00. Cst Ashley St. John is investigating.

Theft and Assault At 4:50pm 26th June a store security guard was shoved during the arrest of a man alleged to have shoplifted merchandise at Independent Grocers. Donald Valiquette 42yrs of Corbeil has been charged with theft under $5000 and assault.

Missing Youth Located The missing 13yr old boy missing from North Bay was located on Friday 22nd June in Sudbury. The North Bay Police wish to thank the media and the public for their assistance in this matter.

Weekend Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 238 calls for service that resulted in 10 arrests for a variety of offences that included assault, domestic assault, breach of court orders and public intoxication.

Police investigate carjacking On Thursday, 21 June 2012, the North Bay Police Service entered into an investigation involving a carjacking. At approximately 12:00 p.m. the victim attended a Scotia bank located at 390 Lakeshore Drive, North Bay.

Historical Sex Offence On June 20th, 2012 John Edward Sullivan, 87 yrs was arrested in Montreal QC on a North Bay warrant for gross indecency.

Weekly Domestics During the week 12th to 19th June the North Bay Police responded to 27 domestic related occurrences that resulted 10 males and 2 females being charged.

WEEKEND Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 247 calls for service that resulted in 16 arrests.

TRAFFICKING DOWNTOWN At 10:00 am on June 14th a man was observed by members of the Street Crime Unit to signal a second male to meet him in an alley on the 100 block of Main St E.

ATTEMPT THEFT ARREST At 10:15 pm on 13th June a man was observed going through a vehicle parked on Bank St. The man fled on foot when the resident banged on her front window.
