The Chippewa Raiders got their first victory of the NDA Hockey season with a 4-1 victory over the Widdifield Wildcats on Saturday night. Tory Unger was the offensive catalyst for the Raiders scoring all four goals for Chippewa.

Chris Hebert had two goals and an assist to lead the North Bay Trappers to a 4-2 victory over the Rayside-Balfour Sabrecats in Great North Midget League action on Thursday night at West Ferris arena.

The Alonquin Barons and Chippewa Raiders finished in a 3-3 tie on Wednesday night in NDA Boys Hockey action. Sam Cicci scored twice and added an assist for the Raiders while Adam Bethune added the other goal for the Raiders.

The Chippewa Raiders used home court to their advantage on Wednesday night at the Raiderdome as they defeated the Widdifield Wildcats 3 sets to one and go on to sweep the best-of-three NDA Sr. Boys Volleyball Championship in two straight games.
