OPP News Release ******************** The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to remind motorists that effective October 26, 2009 it will be illegal in Ontario for drivers to use any handheld communication and entertainment devices.

OPP identified the victims of the fatal MVC on Hwy 17. They are a 42 year old Laurentian Valley man and a 23 year old man and a 34 year old man, both from the Upper Ottawa Valley.
