The wreckage of a plane that was reported missing 23 years ago has been found. Members of the OPP Emergency Response Team and Aviation Services went to the scene yesterday after someone reported that they had found the wreckage.

Police say the driver, Robert Bailey, a 43 year old man from North Bay, was the lone occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Bailey leaves a wife and three children.
