Plane wreckage located near Kapuskasing

Updated: name released Moose collision kills local man
Police say the driver, Robert Bailey, a 43 year old man from North Bay, was the lone occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Bailey leaves a wife and three children.
