With the warm reception and fundraising success of the first two editions of Cooking with Dr. Singh, the North Bay Regional Health Centre surgeon and chief of culinary charity is returning to prepare a trio of Indian appetizers as a third course.

Since the launch of Dr. Ravinder Singh's first virtual cooking class in July 2020, more than $33,000 has been raised for our community’s health care needs.

Your donation will secure your ticket for this virtual cooking experience Monday, June 28 at 6 p.m.

Dr. Singh will guide participants in preparing delicious Indian appetizers for the whole family to enjoy, as phyllo samosas, veggie pakoras, and aloo tikki (Indian potato fritter) are on the menu.

As he has with the previous classes, Dr. Singh will double the impact to a good cause by matching donations up to $10,000. All proceeds are supporting advance medical equipment for surgery at NBRHC.
