Only your donations and sense of culinary adventure will gain you access to this virtual cooking experience, streaming this Thursday, Dec.17 at 6:00 p.m.

North Bay Regional Health Centre surgeon Dr. Ravinder Singh promises to guide participants in preparing a delicious Indian meal for the whole family to enjoy, as spinach chicken curry and chickpea curry are on the menu.

As he did with the previous edition, Dr. Singh will double the impact to a good cause by matching donations up to $10,000. All proceeds support the patient clothing cupboard and minimally invasive surgical equipment for the operating rooms at NBRHC.

More than 120 donated to take part in the July class. Together, Dr. Singh and participants raised more than $22,000 toward Regional Aboriginal Mental Health Services and the Urgent Care Fund for COVID-19.
