MAN SUCCUMBS TO INJURIES
Scott Crawford 26yrs of North Bay has died of injuries sustained when he jumped from a moving vehicle on 14th Feb. Cst Melodee Prevost is investigating.

FRAUD WARNING
The North Bay Police wish to caution the public about a phone fraud that has already duped a North Bay grandmother. On 14th Feb she received a phone call from a male pretending to be her grandson. He told her that he was injured in a car accident in Montreal and is in jail for impaired driving. A second male came on the phone and claimed to be his lawyer and asked for $2000 bail money to be sent via a Western union money order. In this particular case she did not realize she was a victim until she spoke to her grandson. Cst Greg Randall is investigating.
