ROUGH FIGHT
On the 17th of Nov. two teenage students got into a fight within the 600 block of O’Brien St. One of the combatants received an injury to his eye which resulted in requiring medical attention. Consequently Cst. Al Bedard of the School Liaison Unit of the North Bay Police was called in to investigate the matter. A 16 year old male is charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and remains in custody for a bail hearing.
THEFT OVER
Overnight on the 18th of Nov. thieves entered the driveway of a home in the 800 block of Pinecreek Rd. S. in Callander. At this time they stole over $11,000. worth of fishing and hunting equipment. This included 2 Garmin GPS instruments, a Sirius Satellite radio, and an Excalibur crossbow.
