Impaired Loader Driver On January 17 at 2:01 a.m. North Bay Police noticed a front end loader on McKeown Ave. that appeared to be travelling faster than expected. The loader struck a snow bank as it turned into a parking lot.

On January 17 at 2:01 a.m. North Bay Police noticed a front end loader on McKeown Ave. that appeared to be travelling faster than expected. The loader struck a snow bank as it turned into a parking lot. The vehicle was stopped by police, alcohol consumption was suspected and a baggie of 3 grams of what is believed to be marijuana was located. A 25-year-old North Bay man was arrested and charged with impaired driving, over .08, and possession of a controlled substance. He is to appear in court on the 28th of January, 2014.
