Political hopefuls gather for discussion on September 20th

'The strategic plan for the next four years should be the result of consultation and planning in which our communities contribute their voices to identify key priorities to understand where we could change our practice to earn a high degree of public confidence as well as provincial standards that equal or exceed expectations'

The debates will be available on the Cogeco local cable channel and also live-streamed on Facebook

'Families are feeling the pain of the high cost of inflation, and those who own homes are now paying more interest on their mortgages'

'Everything should be open and transparent. It shouldn't be up to a council to determine.'

Vaillancourt says he believes that Council should do more to support and protect residents with well-thought-out policies that are both environmentally and financially sustainable

'Who is this group making a farce and mockery of our schools and Catholic education?'

'I want my children and grandchildren to live in, and be proud of North Bay and I want your children and grandchildren to live here too. I want to build a community that will be the number one choice for newcomers and investors.'
