The Canadore Lady Panthers fought a hard battle against the Nipissing Lakers in OCAA varsity volleyball Wednesday night. The Ladies won their first set 25-23 and lost the next three sets 25-10, 25-19 and 25-15.

The St. Josesph-Scollard Hall Bears Junior girls travelled to Sault Ste Marie for NOSSA on Nov 19th and played in a round robin tournament. The competition was very evenly matched amongst the two Sault Ste. Marie teams, Sudbury and North Bay.

The West Ferris Senior Boys Basketball team played in the Laurentian University Invitational Shoot the Rock tournament over the weekend. Teams from all over Ontario travel to Sudbury every year for this prestigious tournament.

Levack, ON – The Hilltop Variety Bantam AAA Trappers went 1-2 this past weekend against the Nickel City Sons in NOBHL action. The teams played a double header on Saturday, with both contests going to the Sons by scores of 4-2 and 5-2.
