Your Opinion - Skyhawks attendance

The North Bay Skyhawks are reporting they are averaging roughly 1,300 fans per game at their first 10 NOJHL home games this season. Skyhawks General Manager Guy Blanchard says that number is about 200 less than it was at this point last season. So what do you think the reason is for the decline in Skyhawks attendance. Did the OHL exhibition game and Hockeyville pre-season NHL game do more harm than good for the NOJHL team? Are the Skyhawks losing support due to the two Junior “A” teams based in Sturgeon Falls and Temiscaming? We want to hear what you think.
