Wildcats practice like the Penguins

The Widdifield Wildcats got to practice like the professionals thanks to Penguins assistant coach Mike Yeo. The North Bay native - whose brother Paul Yeo coaches the Wildcats - ran a practice for the high school team in preparation for play in a Pittsburgh High School Hockey tournament.

After practice Yeo took the players for a tour of the Penguins training room, players lounge and dressing room. The team also got to watch the Penguins pre-game skate and their Friday night game against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
