West Ferris 3 on 3 Spring Hockey Registration

When: Thursday, March 4th, 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Where: Memorial Gardens in the Hall of Fame Room.

Cost: $90 for 9 games, cheques made payable to W.F.M.H.A.

Divisions: Tyke, Novice, Atom, PeeWee, Bantam
Tyke and Novice games will be 4 on 4 to accommodate higher registration numbers

Please note: As this is a West Ferris program West Ferris players will be given priority. Players from other associations are welcomed but will be placed on a waiting list. In order to facilitate this on the night of registration, a separate table will be set up, and a waiting list will be created in order to accommodate as many players as possible.

Registration is on a first come – first served basis on registration date. An individual may register no more than 2 players (siblings exempt for families with more than 2 players). The registration form is also available on the W.F.M.H.A website, www.wfmha.ca.
