Trojans and Bears go on goal scoring sprees

The St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears used six different goal scorers in a 7-0 shutout over the Chippewa Raiders in NDA Senior Boys Soccer action on Tuesday.

Kevin Clayton scored twice for the Bears with singles going to Nicholas Devuono, Sean Klein, Jamie Olivier, Matthew Twomey and Lucas Vigna. Graham Loyst was credited with the shutout.

Chris Hodges and Shayne Karn had two goals each to lead the West Ferris Trojans to a 5-2 win over Widdifield at West Ferris. Cam Boake scored the other goal for the Trojans.

Brayden Burke and Jordan Prudhomme scored for the Wildcats.

Junior Boys

In a re-scheduled NDA Junior Boys game, Jean-Philippe Primeau and Mathieu Trottier both scored twice to lead the Franco-Cite Patriotes to a 4-1 win over the Widdifield Wildcats.
