The former St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears forward added two more on top of that while Travis Kivimaki and Cody Tourigny added a pair. Andre Landry had the other Nipissing goal. Kory Clermont had five assists for the victors while Kivimaki added three while Traynor and Kory Cashaback also added a pair of helpers.

Newcomer Ryley Nadon was hot in goal stopping 39 shots to earn his first win in his first start as an Alouette. Next home game for the Alouettes is next Friday, February 1st as they host their regionals rivals the Temiscaming Royals at the Sturgeon Falls Arena. Game time is 8:00 p.m.
