Trappers woes continue

The North Bay Trappers struggles continued as they lost the second half of a two-game weekend series - this time 6-3 to the Timmins Majors in Great North Midget League play on Sunday afternoon. Jamie Olivier, Scott Pawson and Pascal Seguin scored.
The North Bay Trappers struggles continued as they lost the second half of a two-game weekend series - this time 6-3 to the Timmins Majors in Great North Midget League play on Sunday afternoon.

Jamie Olivier, Scott Pawson and Pascal Seguin scored.

Byron Katapaytuk led the Majors offence with two goals.

The game was closer than the score appeared as Timmins added two late empty net goals to secure the victory for the Majors.

With the loss the Trappers fall to 5-15 on the season.

The Trappers have now lost 7 straight and are 0-4 in the month of November. Their last win was a 4-0 victory over the New Liskeard Cubs back on October 18th at West Ferris arena.

The Trappers will try to break out of their skid next weekend when they host the Kapuskasing Flyers on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon at West Ferris arena.
