Trappers fall to Cubs

The North Bay Trappers dropped a 7-5 decision to the New Liskeard Cubs in what head coach Beau Moyer called: " a solid road effort," by his club Friday night in New Liskeard.

Pascal Seguin scored twice while Adam Marceau, Roch Pellerin and Tyler Field did the rest of the scoring in the loss. Jamie Olivier added two assists.

Tanner Davis took the loss in goal for the Trappers.

North Bay native Tyler Miller had 1 goal and 3 assists for the Cubs. Mario Chaput scored twice for the Cubs with Kurtis Matton, Mitchell McCrank, Jake Ryan and Spencer Wilson scoring the other goals for the home team.

The Trappers will look to bounce back Saturday night when they visit the Kirkland Lake Legion 87's.
