The North Bay Trappers dropped a 2-0 decision to the Nepean Raiders at the Big Nickel Midget AAA Tournament semi-final in Sudbury on Sunday.
The Trappers finished with an impressive two wins and two ties in their division during round robin play in the Sudbury tournament.
In the quarter-final the Trappers dumped the Markham Waxers 1-0 in a tight low scoring affair. Trappers goalie Patrick Beaudry got the shutout and was named the game MVP.
