The Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services Department would like to advise the community that 9 Community Outdoor Rinks are OPEN with excellent ice conditions: Kerr Park, Greenhill Park, Graniteville Park, Caldwell/Ellam Park, Birchaven Park, Circle Lake Park, West Ferris Lions/Massey, Police Playground and the Bourke Skating Oval.
