The North Bay Stingers advanced in the Senior Baseball playoffs with a 7-0 victory over Carte Blanche on Sunday night.
Jake Tougas was the winning pitcher going 5 strong innings giving up just 2 hits while striking out 4 batters. Dale Valade pitched an effective 2 innings of relief striking out 4 hitters.
Dan Fallardeau was charged with the loss.
Ryan Scott and Dale Valade had 2 hits each for the Stingers. Kevin Pelfrey had 2 hits for the Rotarians.
